Chateau MerrillAnne Named Official Wine Purveyor of the 90th Montpelier Hunt Races!

Orange, VA — July 12, 2025 — Chateau MerrillAnne Winery is proud to announce its selection as the official wine purveyor of the 90th annual Montpelier Hunt Races, taking place this November on the historic grounds of James Madison’s Montpelier. To celebrate this milestone occasion, Chateau MerrillAnne has been chosen to craft the official red and white wines of the event.

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy two specially selected wines both crafted in a classic style: the 2022 Cabernet Franc and the 2022 Viognier. In addition, the wines will be presented with custom labels featuring the official poster artwork for 2025. They are sure to be a collector’s item, as well as the perfect complement to a day of steeplechase racing, tailgating, at one of Virginia’s most treasured autumn traditions.
