SUMMARY:Season Ending Bonfire at Chateau MerrillAnne
DESCRIPTION:Our season ending bonfire has become a holiday tradition for so many and we are happy to continue that tradition for 2025! As we always do\, the bonfire will be on the Saturday after Thanksgiving\, November 30th. It’s going to be a great evening\, and to sweeten the pot\, we have Zippy’s Smokeshack BBQ serving what many of you already know to be the best BBQ this side of the Blue Ridge. As absolutely delicious as Zippy’s BBQ is anyway\, consider having it after two days of eating nothing but turkey!! This is going to be awesome. The tasting room will open at 11AM\, Zippy’s will be set up and serving at 3PM and we light off the bonfire as soon as it gets dark. The Tiki bar will be open and Stephen will be mixing those awesome wine cocktails for the last time in 2025. This is going to be a good time folks\, bring your chairs\, come out and enjoy it with us! DESCRIPTION:Chateau MerrillAnne is honored to be the official producer of the Signature wines for the 90th running of the Montpelier Races. And on Saturday\, October 18th we will be releasing them as we celebrate the upcoming race. The white is Viognier\, our state signature white\, done in a traditional style that absolutely screams VIRGINIA! The red is Virginia’s most planted red grape\, Cabernet Franc\, again done in a classic style. Both are adorned in a label decorated by this year’s incredible custom artwork that was painted by artist Lesley Humphrey\, are incredibly delicious AND are available for a limited time!! A portion of every bottle sale goes to support the Montpelier Hunt Races. We hope you will be able to come out and support both the Montpelier Races and Chateau MerrillAnne. We will have Zippy’s Smokeshack BBQ on site from 12 to 5\, Stephen will be in the Tiki bar mixing incredible wine cocktails and serving both wine and sangria and we will have one of our favorite vendors here for a “pop up”\, Fleece and Sparkle!!
