DESCRIPTION:Join us in our Sandra and William H. Speiden auditorium to hear Bill Schwetke\, Sons of the American Revolution\, provide an informative presentation on the history of the Culpeper Minutemen militia and their role in the Revolutionary War. \nIn mid-1775\, the Culpeper Minutemen militia was created by volunteers from Culpeper\, Orange\, and Fauquier Counties to fortify the revolutionary task force operating at Great Bridge\, VA.
