Orange County, VA – Chateau MerrillAnne is thrilled to announce that we have once again been named the Official Wine Purveyor of the Montpelier Hunt Races, marking our second consecutive year partnering with this celebrated Virginia tradition as it prepares for its 91st running in the fall of 2026. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to share our wines at one of Virginia’s most cherished autumn events and proud to support the Races’ ongoing commitment to showcasing the state’s exceptional wineries.
To celebrate this historic event, we are once again releasing two limited-edition wines featuring the 2026 official race artwork. These special wines will be available at the historic grounds of James Madison’s Montpelier during the Races in November. After the artwork is officially unveiled, Chateau MerrillAnne will host a special pre-release event at the winery, giving guests an early opportunity to experience the wines ahead of race day.
