In colonial Virginia, people would gather at their local taverns for “Gambols”, an evening of libations, games, and conversation. Join us at 5pm, on Saturday, May 3rd as we do the same. Enjoy a glass of wine and chat with a friend. Play a game, we have colonial tavern games, such as Shut the Box, The Captain’s Mistress (Four in a Row), and cards as well as some contemporary favorites like Cards Against Humanity, Trivial Pursuit, and Monopoly.

Into jigsaw puzzles? We will put a new one out specifically for the event and see if it can be finished. Bring your own group of players or join in on a game in progress. Wine, sangria, and wine slushies are available for purchase at the tasting bar. Cheese, meats, and crackers are also available for purchase, or bring your own dinner or snacks.

We have several different areas/rooms to set up in, or just cruise around and take in the action. Perfect for singles, couples, and groups. Also a great time for neighbors to meet up!
